Orders for bare root roses are sent out in strict rotation of when the order is placed. We start taking orders in May and lifting and despatch starts in late October and continues until late March. Orders placed before November should arrive in November. Orders placed from November until end of March should arrive within 14 days (subject to weather conditions). Potted roses should arrive within 3-5 working days of ordering.

Quality

All plants are of first grade quality. For bare root plants this is normally 3 or more shoots with a well-established root system. Potted roses are first grade plants potted into a 4.5 litre pot using a specially formulated peat-free compost containing slow release fertilizer.

Guarantee

All plants wrongly labelled or failing to grow in the first year will be replaced or refunded if the fault is clearly ours. We cannot be held responsible for losses due abnormal weather conditions, poor planting or aftercare. Please follow our Guide to Growing Roses which accompanies your order. Roses planted into a pot / container as a final destination should be given extra attention- making sure the pot is of an adequate size, with good compost and well-watered. If unhappy with your order when it arrives please inform us immediately. For failures please inform us no later than 31 July after delivery. Photographic evidence should accompany complaint. Replacements will be sent out the following November.
