Polyantha Roses are the forerunners of the Floribunda roses and are crosses of Rosa multiflora and China roses. The first appeared in the late 19th century. With compact growth and repeat flowering they are ideal for the front of a border or for growing in pots as Patio Roses. Best hard pruned to 15cms in Febuary/March.
