Modern Shrubs are a large assortment of mostly more modern hybrids of very mixed ancestry. All highly useful in their own individual ways. For the most part they were developed in the 20th century and do not fall into other groupings.
Ballerina has clusters of slightly scented, small pale pink flowers with a white centers. It’s very floriferous, and enjoys a long flowering season – producing lovely small red hips in the autumn.
Pruning Guide: Prune in February/ March. Prune very lightly in the first year, reducing stems by no more than a third. In subsequent years, growths can be reduced by up to a half to leave a beautifully shapely plant.
