A graceful rambler with dark glossy leaves and red shoots. The clusters of star-like small single blooms are white flushed pale pink. Highly scented. Possibly a hybrid of Rosa brunonii. Summer flowering. Size: Up to 6m.
Fully double quartered blooms, lilac pink on the edges with deeper pink centres. Dark green foliage. Grown by Empress Josephine at Malmaison but a rarely seen today. Summer flowering. Size: 1.2m x 1.0m.
